Asa PACU Registered Nurse (RN), you will contribute to our success. Every rolehas an impact on our patients lives and you have the opportunity to make adifference. Hereis some of what you can expect from being a PACU Registered Nurse with us:

  • You will oversee and direct the care of the postsurgical/post procedural patient.
  • Youwill bring your specialized skills to serve specific age groups, which mayinclude adult, adolescent, geriatric, or pediatric populations.
  • Youmay rotate to areas other than your assigned service area/s, and you willperform only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency.
  • Youwill oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining finalaccountability for the care given to assigned patients.

Whatqualifications you will need:

  • Currentlicensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current activemulti-state Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AmericanHeart Association or American Red Cross.
  • ACLS and PALS requiredwithin the first 12 months of hire.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN Preferred.
  • Minimumone (1) year experience in PACU or Critical Care acute care required.
