As a Spine and Total Joint Operating Room (OR)Registered Nurse (RN), you will be part of an amazing interdisciplinary teamenvironment. You will contribute to our success. Hereis some of what you can expect:
- Youwill provide patient care utilizing the nursing process assessment, careplanning, implementation and reassessment for identified patient populationper the Colorado Nurse Practice Act.
- Youwill document patient care administered.
- Promotesinterdisciplinary communication and care.
- Thedelivery of care is based on the age, physical, psychosocial, cultural, safetyand learning needs of the individual patient.
- Demonstratesbasic and unit specific competencies.
- Supervisescontract RNs, MST, CST and ST.
Whatqualifications you will need:
- Currentlicensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current activemulti-state Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support certification through the AmericanHeart Association or American Red Cross.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
- One (1) year experience in the Operating Room (OR)setting is required.
