Required Procedures: Excisions, destructions, injections. Support Staff: 1.5 FTE CMA, 2.0 Front office Staff, 1 Referral specialist. Reason for coverage: Retirement Admissions per day: <1 18-20 patients per day. Types of cases: Internal Medicine FTE: 0.9 FTE EMR: Epic 60-90 days credentialing timeframe.
