NO pain mgmt Team model: Possible CRNA supervision, 1:3 model Support staff: OR nurse circulator, scrub tech, anesthesia tech, 15 MDs on staff Documentation system: EPIC Type of cases: Adult and Peds - Spinal, Epidural, Neurosurgical, Dental, Ventilation mgmt.( establishing and maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation) Processing time for privilege application: Up to 90 days Does facility have emergency privileges?
