Brook Street are working with a client who are looking for experienced administrators to join a growing team on a temporary basis for up to 6 months. This is a varied role, with a mix of customer service and administration. They are looking for someone to start ASAP, Monday to Friday in a great central location.

What will you do as Operations Administrator?

  • Be the first point of contact for queries via telephone and email
  • Provide client updates
  • Manually input invoices and credits into a database
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Check data and correct any errors

What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in an administration role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritise large workload

Experience within the energy sector is very desirable!
