Kaizen Clinical Partners in the Rio Grande Valley are currently seeking Advanced Practice Providers to join their expanding primary care group. Practicing and recent graduate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant s to be considered.

Comprised of several primary care office locations across the Rio Grande Valley, Kaizen Clinical Partners provide a strong culture of value-based care to their patients and families.

Job Details:

• Outpatient Medicine in state-of-the-art clinics
• Office based, no hospital rounding
• Monday Friday; 8 am 5 pm
• Manageable daily encounter average 10 -12 patients
• In house x ray imaging (site specific)
• No procedures
• Excellent compensation with incentives, bonuses and partnership track availability
• Spanish speaking preferred
