Material Manager

• • Track major equipment delivery dates by reviewing FE Supply Chain documentation, PowerBI reports, and developing regular communication channels with Vendors
    • Track delivery dates and coordinate readiness to on-site team
  • Track minor material orders
    • Primary vendors: Pepco (Professional Electrical Products Company; substation material packager) and Power Line Supply (transmission line material packager)
    • Review BOMs and compare to Purchase Orders to verify correctness of item description and quantities
    • Verify status of quotes and orders
  • Produce reports to assist Project Managers in material readiness meetings
  • Be (or become) knowledgeable of Transmission Line, Substation, and Communications material and equipment
  • Occasionally visit vendor facilities to verify production readiness (future state)
