Junior Site Engineer Arklow, Co. Wicklow Healthcare / Residential Project €35,000- €45,000 + Benefits A well-established Irish main contractor is currently seeking a Junior Engineer to join their team on a new nursing home project based in Arklow, Co. Wicklow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on site experience on a live project, working closely with an experienced engineering and site management team. About the Contractor The contractor has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the healthcare, residential and commercial sectors. With a solid pipeline of work and a focus on quality, safety and staff development, they offer a supportive environment for engineers at the early stages of their career. The Role Reporting to the Senior Engineer and Site Management team, the Junior Engineer will assist with the day-to-day engineering activities on site. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting with setting out, levelling and surveying works • Supporting the Senior Engineer with site engineering duties • Ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications and quality standards • Liaising with subcontractors and site teams • Maintaining site records, drawings and QA documentation • Assisting with inspections and ensuring health & safety compliance Requirements • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline • 1 3 years experience in a site-based engineering role (graduates encouraged to apply) • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn • Good communication and teamwork skills • Full driving licence preferred What s on Offer • Competitive salary, dependent on experience • Excellent opportunity for long-term career progression • Strong mentorship and training on site • Exposure to a high-quality healthcare project To register your interest, please apply online or contact Lukciya at ICDS Group
