Job Title: Events Manager

Salary: £31,245-£35,678, dependent on experience

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Main Duties:

• Lead exciting fundraising events to boost income and awareness.
• Secure sponsorships and partnerships like a pro.
• Analyse event performance for maximum impact.
• Build a dedicated team of donors and volunteers.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Fundraising for success.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' event fundraising experience.
• Expertise in event management and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Raisers Edge preferred).
• Passion for the care sector and GDPR compliance.

Desirable Skills:

• Project management or event planning qualifications.
• Experience in volunteer management and donor relations.
