Building Services Manager

We have a new vacancy for a Building Services Manager to be based in Aberdeen.

One of our longstanding Main Contracting clients are expanding their senior management team and looking to appoint a Building Services Manager.

This is a high level role starting with the vetting and appointment of appropriate contractors right through managing their progress throughout the build stage and ensuring appropriate maintenance plans are put into place.

The company have grown through a focus on quality and partnership arrangements with clients and sub-contractors. This has led to significant repeat business and they have continued to expand throughout the recent downturn in many areas of the industry.

They are open to candidates from a M&E contracting background looking to move into this role.
